Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $30 and over get Free Standard Shipping. Orders will leave our facility within 3-5 business days.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $30 have $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping. Orders will leave our facility within 2-3 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day): Orders will leave our facility the next business day. There are no Saturday deliveries.
  • International Shipping: : While we do not ship internationally, we do ship to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Stock Product:
  • LEAD TIME: Stock products leave our warehouse in approx. 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Longer lead times may apply during peak periods (holidays or special promotions).
  • RETURN POLICY: Stock product may be returned to InQful.com headquarters (mailing address below) within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. Upon returning an item to our headquarters, please include a note including your order number, contact information, and indication of whether you would like an exchange or refund for your item.
  • REPLACEMENT POLICY: InQful.com takes pride in the quality of products delivered to our customers; we inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. For items that show defect under normal use, we will issue a refund or exchange within 6 months of purchase date.
Warranty:
  • InQful.com has a 6-month warranty period from time of purchase. If your item breaks during normal wear-and-tear during this time period, please send us an image. We will review the image and follow up with you regarding a replacement. Please send images to info@InQful.com.
  • If you're past the 6-month warranty period, we'll help share the cost of replacing it. Please send images to info@InQful.com, and we'll follow up with you shortly.
Sale Adjustment:
  • If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within one week of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you, excludes Black Friday/Cyber Monday Weekend sales, holiday sales and/or promotions, and gifts with purchase which are not eligible for adjustments; other exclusions may apply.
  • Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item.
  • HOLIDAY PRICING: No adjustments on prior purchases, other exclusions may apply. If a refund/exchange is requested on sales and/or offers for Black Friday, Black Friday Weekend, and/or any other sales and/or promotions, and if the total amount requested for refund falls below the promotional value required to obtain a free product and/or gift, any and all free products and/or gifts relevant to that specific sale and/or promotion must be returned within 14 business days to avoid a restocking fee of $15 on the product and/or gift not returned. Gifts may not be exchanged after the order has shipped, no exceptions.
Returned to Sender:
  • If an order is returned to InQful.com for an incorrect address, then InQful.com will reship the order at the expense ($7.95 Standard Shipping) of the purchaser.
